Preactivated Recompressed Setup:

Disable BD Mouse Pop-up.bat:  Disables the Blu-Ray disk Mouse support Pop-up

En/Disable CLFLVSplitter.bat: Enables/Disables the FLV Splitter *
Disable PowerDVD12Agent:      Disables PowerDVD12Agent and PowerDVD12DMREngine **

Note: After you reset the Blu-Ray region, it is a must to reinstall PowerDVD!!


*   CLFLVSplitter.ax can cause a crash when you play flv videos in Windows Media Player. Disable_CLFLVSplitter.bat will unregister the FLV Splitter, which fixes the problem

**  Disables PowerDVD12Agent and DMREngine from running automatically at Windows startup. They both launch when you run PowerDVD 12



Sorry about my previous release, it was not working correctly (wrong license file)
I've tested this one on several machines,.. it plays Blu-Rays and it doesn't crash

Thanks so much ADHDerby, I’ve been using your releases for about 4 years now and I really appreciate your perseverance, I can imagine it’s so easy to get bored or have real-world events eventually stop you from posting but you haven’t let that happen so Thanks Mate

BTW As someone who uses PDVD Ultra in Cinema Mode most of the time I think this version is probably the best ever as I can now access Blu-ray folders unlike before when I could only access a Blu-ray Disc or ISO mount in VCD

@scanfox99 I have had this problem with powerdvd 10 before. I can't remember the fix for it. I remember unpacking the setup, which I think gave me an option to point to the specified file in the error message. Try that and post back. Like I said, it was powerdvd 10 that it happened to me on, so it was a while back.

I have a problem too. Powerdvd now no longer plays any of my videos. It played them fine yesterday, but now. nothing. I've reinstalled the software as well and still nothing. It'll show the time remaining, but it just says --/--/-- for the current time. No sound, no video. any fix for this?

I run windows 7 x64 with an AMD athlon II 255 with 4gb of DDR3 ram and an nvidia 8400gs graphics card just in case you need to know.
@scanfox99, I can't replicate your error on a 32 bit virtual machine. Try re-downloading. also make sure windows is up to date.

I just have one problem.
I have a GeForce GTX 560ti connected to an Denon AVR 1912 via HDMI and I wanted to bitstream audio HD.
So I went to the options and set "bitstream audio HD" but when the bluray is playing, this option disappear and I can only choose between "PCM" and "dts bitstream (no HD)".

Does anyone have a solution for this ?

PS : When the HD audio is decoded by powerdvd and transferred to my Denon in PCM, is it lossless or is the quality worse than audio HD bitstream ?

Hi, thanx for the tip ADH. I just installed the shark codec pack, set it to sharks recommended, and hay presto, powerdvd now plays back videos again. It's strange as I haven't changed codec settings since Christmas time. thanx.

They also forgot it in the previous version but I fixed it.

I need an updated Ultra installer or a good brainwave...
Meanwhile you can update this version without problems.

@ theuniqueuser: They changed a lot of functions and commands.
The missing tweaks don't work anymore or are obsolete.
I didn't add the Disable Start-up Apps tweak because PowerDVD gives an error when I disable them.

It probably is a splitter issue, I've experienced no problems here.

Thanx for the response, i'm on win7 X64 ,MKV files was played on PDVD12+update Ultra_12.0.1514.54 as a video only, installing Haali splitter x64+ FFDShow x32&x64 i got it A/V.
If u experienced no problems with stand alone PDVD12 could u lpease elaborate any particular conf. at ur side
so that i can get results simillar to ur's.

however i found its 3d to be a big step backwards compared to 11, so i removed it & reinstalled 11..

Workaround: Extract Setup.exe with 7-zip or WinRar.
Open the Setup//Runtime directory and delete the "VC2005 SP1 Update" directory.
Run the Setup.exe from within the extracted directory.

thx ADHDerby luv your stuff used it for a long always been solid im currently using 11 its my main player for dvd'blu'mkv etc although cyberlink does have its issues ive read the comments and it would seem as far as picture quality goes powerdvd11 is still the best option for 2d or 3d im on the latest 2608 can i ask is it your opinion to stick to 11 for the best picture quality and also is there anyway to fix the problem with mkv not using the subtitle tracks in v11 its very anoying i was watchin mi4 all good up to the foreign parts tryed to activated them in settings but there blacked out i understand this is a normal problem but i though if anyone has the answer you would thx again.

Atm I prefer PowerDVD 11,.. better picture quality, less stuttering.
About the subtitles: yes, sometimes they don't work :/
My workaround: extract the preferred subtitle (I use tsMuxer) or download a new one, and name it exactly like the movie

Every mp4 I try to play has sound out of sync and if I rewind 5 seconds it's fine for a few minutes.I wish powerdvd 12 was as stable as 11.I tried the update from ChingLiu and same thing.Great upload,but I just reinstalled powerdvd 11 from you again,your the best.PowerDVD 11 Ultra v11.0.2024.51 PreActivated [ADHDerby] and updated it and I think this one is the most stable.Now I can enjoy mp4 again.

If you get the error meseage: This program needs elevation. Then just right click the SETUP file, and click "Run as administrator" and go on as usual.

- I've been sick for a long time (Sinusitis vs. Winter,.. Winter won :/)
- They blocked TPB here in the Netherlands, found workarounds but had the famous login and comment issues
- I have a wife and 3 kids :S

It has several bugs correction and some other minnor changes. I tried to find it, but couldn't find someone who has managed to crack it. And if I install your version and try to update to the latest one, it won't update anyway.
